Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

All orders must be prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

Shipping charges are calculated as ₹50 base charge per order + ₹50 per item.

We currently offer pan-India delivery through our partner delivery services.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We do not offer free shipping. All orders are subject to shipping charges as calculated above.

Order Processing & Timeline

Order processing typically takes 7-10 days, which includes preparation, packaging, and scheduling transport.

Order confirmation is typically sent within 36 hours of payment.

While we generally process orders on weekends, we reserve the right to not process orders on weekends based on internal operational decisions.

Delivery timelines are subject to the terms and conditions of our delivery service partners.

Delivery Information

We are only responsible for the production/manufacturing of our pickles and handing them over to our shipping partners.

Once products are handed to our delivery partners, we are not liable for:

  • Delayed deliveries
  • Delivery errors caused by the delivery service
  • Delivery attempts failed due to user errors (incorrect address, pincode, etc.)

For delivery issues, you may email us at support@gameseekerspickle.com and we will raise an inquiry with the delivery service.

However, we cannot guarantee resolutions for issues beyond our control.

Delivery Issues & User Responsibility

Failed delivery attempts caused by user errors (incorrect address, pincode, recipient not available, etc.) forfeits the order amount.

The user is entirely liable for any errors in provided delivery information.

We are not responsible for delivery errors made by our delivery service partners.

In case of disruptions (weather, festivals, etc.), deliveries may be delayed by a few days.

You should expect a response to delivery inquiries within 15 days of order placement (payment date).

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

For issues with received goods (damaged, spoiled, incorrect orders, or unsealed packages), we review the case for a replacement subject to the following condition:

You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue with the product(s).

Without an unboxing video, we reserve the right to refuse replacements or any other compensation.

Damaged goods are eligible for a replacement if the damage is recorded in an unboxing video.

This policy applies to goods that are spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not process returns or exchanges for delivered goods.

Only replacement requests triggered by verified product issues we caused (incorrect orders, damaged goods, spoiled products, unsealed packages) will be considered.

All replacement reviews must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery and include an unboxing video.

Payment Methods

All orders must be prepaid through our payment processor, Razorpay.

We accept all payment methods supported by Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets.

By completing a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service for payment processing.
