Refund & Return Policy

No Cancellation Policy

Important: We do not offer order cancellations once payment has been processed.

All orders that have been successfully paid for cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered for any reason.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we begin processing orders immediately after payment confirmation.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Products received in damaged condition
  • Products that are spoiled or unfit for consumption
  • Incorrect orders sent by us
  • Unsealed or improperly sealed packages

Important: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue with the product(s).

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Failed delivery attempts due to user errors (incorrect address, pincode, etc.)
  • Delivery delays caused by our delivery partners
  • Change of mind or personal preference issues
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage
  • Any issue not reported with an unboxing video

User-induced errors are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

  1. If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, record an unboxing video immediately that clearly shows:
    • The package before opening
    • The unsealing process
    • The damaged/incorrect product clearly visible
    • Any relevant batch numbers or packaging details
  2. Email the video to support@gameseekerspickle.com within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and a description of the issue
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement

Note: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

Timeframe for Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

For perishable products like pickles, it's especially important to report issues immediately upon receipt.

Shipping Charges & Refunds

Shipping charges (₹50 base fee + ₹50 per item) are non-refundable except in cases where we sent the wrong or damaged product.

If a replacement is sent for our error, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

For refunds approved due to our error, the full product amount will be refunded, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
